Mike Rouse @ The Wardman Wire

Matt Wardman has also invited Mike Rouse to do a weekly column at the Wardman Wire. He will covering all things new media and technological (with regard to politics). Mike will be posting every Friday, so take a look if you get a chance. Mike is a technician at 18DS and from what I have read, he seems to know his stuff!     "Chief Technology Officer" not "Technnician".

    I leave it to Mike to comment on what difference that makes in practice...
