There be a wind of change over Matt Wardman's way...

Mr Wardman has rebranded his blog over at the Wardman Wire and it is now to be known as the Official Website of the Scottish Government.

As Matt explains:

"The change is intended to help the public more clearly understand the role and functions of the Government Executive in Scotland. Among those functions are publicity stunts designed to create an illusion that the Executive has the status of a Government."
